Description: This three day workshop is for the intermediate to advanced painter who may want to “loosen and liven” their work, create strong compositions, and work from artist intuition. The class will begin by exploring oil painting through color exploration, building composition and then working towards expression. Colors and painting techniques will be discussed and demonstrated.from still life and photos. The class will also encourage the student to explore an expanded palette, use alternative techniques with brushwork, palatte knife and mediums.
